Getting started and the beta
Alltaken is an iPhone app for recording the supplements and medications you take, keeping your routine and reminders in one place, and seeing a clear record of each day.
iPhone only. There is no Android, iPad-specific or web version of the app, and this website does not replace it.
Not yet. The App Store release is coming soon. In the meantime you can join the beta waitlist to be considered for early testing.
No. Joining only registers your interest; it does not create an account, send you an email, or enrol you in TestFlight.
When we can offer you a place, we will email you and send the TestFlight instructions separately. Joining does not guarantee a place.
Just an email address. You do not need to create an app account or share any health information.
Email support@alltaken.app from the address you signed up with and ask to be removed. We will delete your entry.
Tracking and scanning
Scan the product label, or enter it yourself. Either way you review the details before anything is saved, and you always set your own amount.
Nothing is saved until you confirm it. On the review screen tap Review details to correct the name, brand, variant, form or serving; your corrections are saved as your own copy of the product. If it is simply not the product, tap Not it — scan again or enter it manually — what you already typed carries over.
Your personal amount is never filled in from a label. The label serving is shown as a hint only.
Yes. The app keeps a full copy of your records on your iPhone, so you can log and check your routine without a connection. While you are signed in, your records also sync to your private account.
Yes. Pausing an item takes it out of your daily log until you resume it; its history is kept. Items marked “as needed” are never due, so a day without them is not a missed day. Neither sends scheduled reminders.
Reminders and notifications
Reminders are per item. Open the item from Today or My Supplements, and in its Reminders section check that Remind me is on and the Reminder times are the ones you expect. The line under the toggle tells you how far ahead reminders are scheduled.
Then check your iPhone: Settings › Notifications › Alltaken must allow notifications, and a Focus mode or Scheduled Summary can hold them back. Paused items and “as needed” items never send scheduled reminders.
Reminders are set per item, so open the item and turn Remind me off or remove the extra Reminder times. To silence everything at once, use Settings › Notifications › Alltaken on your iPhone.
Apple Health
No. Apple Health is optional and read-only. If you skip it, everything else works; you just won’t see health trends next to your routine.
If you connect it, Alltaken reads daily steps, active energy, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep and workouts to show patterns next to your routine. It never writes to Health.
To change or revoke access on your iPhone: Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › Alltaken (or in the Health app: your profile › Apps). The app keeps working without Health data.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. In the app go to Profile › Subscription › Manage Subscription, or open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions to change or cancel your plan, see renewal dates and billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the current period.
Make sure you are signed in to the iPhone with the same Apple ID you bought with, then go to Profile › Subscription › Restore Purchases. If it still doesn’t clear, email us with your app version and we will look into it.
App Store purchases are billed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Request one through your Apple account or Apple Support; we cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves.
Sign in with the same Alltaken account, then go to Profile › Subscription › Restore Purchases. Restoring a purchase re-links your App Store subscription; it does not by itself copy your routines and logs to a new phone. If something you recorded is missing after a reinstall, email us with your app version and we will look into it.
Your data and privacy
No. It is a tracking and general wellness tool. Speak with a qualified professional about medication, dosage or treatment decisions.
On your iPhone, and, while you are signed in, in your private account on our servers, which are hosted in the European Union. AI features and usage analytics are off until you turn them on. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Profile › Delete my account and data deletes your account and the data held in it on our servers, then removes everything stored on that iPhone and cancels its reminders. If the server step cannot be completed, nothing is deleted and you can try again.
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription; manage that in your Apple account. If you would rather not use the in-app option, email support@alltaken.app from your sign-in address and we will confirm what was removed.
